This house was originally built in 1910 but significantly upgraded in 1986. It has bright, open spaces and plenty of windows facing the water views to the front of the house. The renovations included a slate-tile floor through many of the main floor rooms, built-in teak cabinet units, Corian kitchen countertops, a 400 amp electric panel, gas furnace, all new copper plumbing, and other luxury features.
