FEATURES
It is 30'-5" wide x 31'-10" deep, and 920 sq/ft. It was built in 1948 with new hardwood maple floors, newly renovated bathroom, and a nice, open plan. It has all new electrical with a 200 amp Square-D panel and no more knob-and-tube. Forced-air gas heating. It has all new thermal pane windows except for one in the bedroom. It includes the washer/dryer, stove, furnace, hot water heater. The exterior is aluminum siding over combed cedar shake and the roof is estimated to be less-than eight years old. Remarkably, the floor joists are 2" x 12" with 16" on-center -- way over built (most Seattle houses are 2' x 8" floor joists).
