This small affordable house would make an excellent rental house on your property. The house was originally built in 1913 and has been updated in the late 1980s. It has copper plumbing upgrades and some new electrical wiring, a nice, functional kitchen with eat-in nook, two small bedrooms, a living room, and a single bath. The house is approximately 19 feet wide by 31 feet 4 inches in overall depth, so it will fit well on a small lot. The height is also relatively low, so it may work well where there are strict height limits, with approximately 14 feet 9 inches from bottom of floor joists to top of roof peak. This low height also means that the house can be moved longer distances while incurring low wire costs along the move route.
