This 20 year old beauty was moved in its entirety (brick facing and all) from an ocean front lot near Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island to another ocean front property in Washington State. The new owner now has a great summer retreat for about half what it would have cost to build from scratch. Plus the whole project was completed within a third of the time. They bought the place early in the year, and were able to enjoy it for the entire summer. What more can you say.....
