These clients bought a house from NB, a very large rancher which suited them because of its size and spacious rooms. Enclosed you will see an impressive transformation. The first two pictures are the old kitchen and dining room areas....the third picture is what has replaced these two rooms. The remainder of the photos show the before and after of the main and ensuite bathrooms
Always nice to see what these homes/buildings can look like after they are delivered.

We will be adding more very soon. If any of our past clients wish to submit pictures and comments, please contact us.

The first photograph shows the house in its original location.
The second/third photo(s) show the new location.

The Johnson house 1 year later.... "Hi this is our house now!!! We still have tons to do but after one year this is how it is looking. From a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom to a 5 bedroom 3 bathroom and an office now. Thank you so much for all that you do we could not have ever been able to afford a house like this had we purchased it all done. It has been a grand adventure and we would do it again and again. It is amazing what a year does." The Johnsons

This 20 year old beauty was moved in its entirety (brick facing and all) from an ocean front lot near Qualicum Beach on Vancouver Island to another ocean front property in Washington State.

The new owner now has a great summer retreat for about half what it would have cost to build from scratch. Plus the whole project was completed within a third of the time. They bought the place early in the year, and were able to enjoy it for the entire summer. What more can you say.....

Started out as a nice 3 bedroom place in Ladner. Ed bought it for his wife because she was tired of living in a trailor.

Now situated in Langley on 5 treed acres with a full basement at her disposal, Cindy is one happy camper.

This is a sentimental favorite of Nickel Brothers. A young family approached us with their problem. Their first home was not the dream home they were hoping for. It quickly became more of a nightmare. After living there only a few months, toxic mold was discovered in the babies crib. The underside of the babies mattress was black with it. After weeks of testing and moving back in with their parents, the little house had to be demolished. They came in search of something clean, hopefully with hardwood floors, and cost effective. Nickel Bros. sold them the above house. The first picture shows what the house looked like in Richmond.

The second photograph shows it today in Pitt Meadows. ps - family is doing great.

Talk about extremes. This house was relocated only 8 blocks in the South Surrey area. Its transition from an open floor plan, low roof post and beam type house was amazing.

But not without controversy. The property owner failed to get the local building dept. to inspect house prior to moving, and was then forced to remove old 3x12 pitch roof and replace it with a 7x12 pitch roof, similar to homes within the area. A lesson here for checking with local inspectors and bylaw officials to make certain all permits and permissions are in place.
